This beautiful weekend, we decided to take the kids fishing. Each of them got to pick out their own fishing pole. Payton got a Cars pole, Ash got a Barbie pole and Logan got a Spiderman pole. We found a cute little reservoir and had the kids learn to cast. Of course, most of the time was spent helping the kids so there was not alot of actual fishing by Dad & Mom. No surprise---no fish were caught in this attempt. Maybe next time. Mainly, it was just a fun activity and something different for the kids to do.

That's a cute idea...we'll have to make sure each of our kids have a fishing pole...where did you get those cute ones, and do they actually work???
We got them at Walmart back in the sporting dept. They actually work great!
